application process
1. Submit the Registration Form. Complete the Registration Form with your guiding profile, languages, availability, and tour interests.
2. Shortlist review. Our team reviews submissions and will contact shortlisted applicants to request your CV and a short cover note.
3. Interview. Shortlisted applicants will be invited for an interview to assess communication, service mindset, and fit.
4. Onboarding at our office. If successful, you will attend an onboarding session led by our team to cover expectations, tour standards, and operational flow.
5. Shadow tours. You will shadow relevant tours to learn pacing, stops, and hosting style.
6. Ready check and first assignment. When you are ready, team will contact you to check availability for suitable tours and schedule your first assignment.
This is NOT for you if you want an easy job, dislike working with people and weather, or can’t commit to quality and consistency.

You can guide a range of tours, including free walking tours, food tours, and private tours. Over time, you can specialise in the themes that suit your interests and strengths.
For newly licensed guides, it typically takes 2 to 3 months, depending on readiness and tour needs.
Yes. You will shadow tours and receive tour briefs, key talking points, stop highlights, and content guidelines from Ops.
Licensing rules vary by country and sometimes by city. You are responsible for meeting local requirements before guiding regulated tours.
