If the main pool gets too crowded for your liking, hop over to the adjacent Relaxation Pool (0.1m). Only ankle-deep, the water is perfect for dipping your feet or paddling the water.

Home to a melting pot of cuisines, The Greenhouse offers Thai, Mediterranean and Indian dishes. For appetisers, whet your appetite with the Dry Aged Beef Carpaccio ($26), made with thinly sliced aged beef with crunchy arugula, Spanish onions, parmesan and argan oil.

Perk yourself up with a localised drink, the Pandan Lemonade Mocktail ($12) with pandan syrup and a kick of tanginess from the lemonade and lime juice or the Nam Takrai Bai Toey ($8), a Lemongrass Pandan Tea available in hot or cold. Both drinks were just right (not overly sweet!) but still packed a refreshing punch.

Moving on to the mains, we definitely recommend the Porcini Mushroom Pizza ($26) to share #noregrets – each slice was bursting with the right amount of truffle flavour, not too strong or mild and the portions of mushroom toppings were generous and plentiful. The carb-heavy Risotto Carnaroli ($28) has an equally yummy truffle flavour and is creamy, perfect for filling your stomach!

If you’re craving some authentic Thai flavours, try the Gaeng Kiaow Waan Gai ($24) – a coconut green curry chicken served with fragrant white rice. The spice level of this was quite mild compared to xiao la mala (a dish you should definitely try too if you haven’t!).
Yearning for something of Indian influence, the Tandoori Jingha prawns ($54) are the dish to go! You might’ve heard of Tandoori Chicken but Tandoori Prawns? These were spicy, and flavourful and served with a slice of lemon to cut through the strong flavours and give a refreshing kick.

Desserts here are Thai-influenced with a local twist, such as the Ma Prao Orn ($12), cendol ice cream and lime served in a young coconut. The gula melaka drizzle and young coconut flesh were the perfect sweet treat, not overly jelak (surfeiting) with a slightly crunchy texture from the flesh – sure to satisfy any dessert lovers.
The Greenhouse is open to the public as well, so you can drop in for a meal without booking a room at the resort.

2. Legends Bar & Lounge

Located next to The Greenhouse, Kick back with a cocktail or pint of beer at Legends Bar & Lounge while digging into bar bites like their Laguna Beef Sliders ($25). Aside from bar counter seats, circular booths available will also provide that loungey vibe more reminiscent of watering holes.
Pair the sliders with a refreshing Thai-inspired cocktail, Mango Madre ($18). Mango is popular with a strong cultural connection with Thailand. The drink highlights this with Tried and True Vodka, Vermouth Bianco, Homemade Mango Syrup & Citrus.
Aside from beer, wine and cocktails, you can also get your caffeine fix from onsite baristas. While the bar won’t be fully opened till Q2 2021, you can still place orders while seated at The Greenhouse.

3. The Tee Deck

On top of Thai street food like Por Pia Pak Vegetable spring rolls ($12) and Western classics like the Laguna Burger ($25), you can also request grilled meats and seafood for an outdoor BBQ experience without the hassle.
Vegetarians also have options such as the Kale & Quinoa Burger ($24) and Rigatoni Porcini ($19).

Whether it’s to kickstart your day or in between a round of golf, The Nest is where you can settle in for some local and Japanese fare. Take comfort in familiar tastes from dishes like Singapore Laksa ($12.50) and Hainanese Chicken Rice ($11.50), or opt for sushi platters or Japanese Katsu Curry ($18.80).
