Come 1 December 2020, all Singaporeans aged 18 and above will be receiving $100 worth of SingapoRediscover vouchers. The vouchers aim to boost local tourism and encourage Singaporeans to support local businesses that have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
For those with children below the age of 18, they will be entitled to purchase up to 6 child/youth tickets at attractions and tours, with a $10 subsidy given for each ticket.

The vouchers will be mainly distributed via SingPass in denominations of $10, and they can be redeemed on 5 authorised booking platforms:
Globaltix
Klook
Changi Recommends
Traveloka
Trip.com
While the vouchers can be redeemed offline, a SingPass account is required in order to receive the vouchers.
How to redeem your SingapoRediscovers vouchers online
Ensure that you have set up your SingPass account. If you have not registered for a SingPass account, you may do so here. For those who require assistance, you may refer to the SingPass website.
Look for the eligible activity of your choice on any of the 5 authorised booking platforms. For a full list of eligible attractions, tours and hotels, please refer here.
Add the selected items to your shopping cart and proceed to check out.
To pay via your SingapoRediscover vouchers, log into SingPass and to select the amount you wish to redeem for this transaction. A unique promo code will be generated.
Copy and paste the promo code onto the checkout page, and pay the balance amount (if any).
The checkout process has to be completed within 10 minutes, but vouchers will only be deducted after booking is complete.
For those purchasing child/ youth tickets, you will need to provide details of family members below the age of 18.
How to redeem your SingapoRediscovers vouchers offline
While online redemptions are highly recommended, physical counters will be set-up islandwide to assist those who require help with the redemption process.
For those who require help with regards to their SingPass account, registration and password reset services will be available at 53 Community Centres/Clubs (CC). For a full list of counters where this service is available, please refer here.
Authorised booking partners will allow for the redemption of vouchers across 69 locations islandwide, mostly within CCs or a 5-minute walk from a CC. Bookings counters will also be set up at selected malls and SingPost outlets. For a list of locations where offline bookings can be done, please refer here.

Things to look out for when using your SingapoRediscovers vouchers
1. Vouchers cannot be stacked
To prevent fraud and resale, vouchers cannot be stacked or combined with those of another individual. This means that only one promo code can be applied per transaction.
2. Different products are offered across the 5 authorised booking platforms
Approved merchants are listed across the different booking platforms. Products available on Klook may differ from those available on Globaltix, so we recommend browsing all 5 booking platforms before deciding which activities you’d like to book. For those making their bookings offline, do ensure that the booking platform supports that particular counter.
3. Bundled packages are available
Different businesses have collaborated to offer unique bundled packages. For example, Resorts World Sentosa is offering a daycation package that includes entry to both Universal Studios Singapore and S.E.A Aquarium. For an example of available bundles, do refer here.
