We start with a clear safety and route briefing. Each team gets role cards, QR-coded maps, clue packs, and a live scoreboard. Marshals control timing, give fair hints, and manage each checkpoint.
Routes can be themed for heritage, CSR, or light fitness, with shade and water breaks planned. Wet-weather plans switch to indoor tasks and photo missions without losing pace. We manage permissions, crowd flow, and safe road crossings.
The finish includes results, prizes, a photo recap, and a short skills debrief; branded kits, videography, and post-event reports are available.
