Our puzzle hunt series is a mix of outdoor escape room and "choose your adventure" open world role playing game (RPG), where the choices you make during your journey will determine your experience and outcome. Get ready to put on your thinking caps as you will require strategic minds and wits to solve those puzzles and land your final prize! 

 

Ransack @ Fort Canning is an immersive puzzle hunt experience, where you play a role of a true soldier and hunt for the clues until it leads you to the right direction. Combat the terrain to search for puzzles scattered around Fort Canning Park! Join us on this military themed adventure and discover the hidden secrets of Singapore's army! Make this hunt a success and win a prize at the end of the tour.

FAQ_Singapore Tea Appreciation Cultural Tour

1. What are the COVID-19 safety measures implemented for the tours?


According to mandatory guidelines by the Singapore Government and Singapore Tourism Board, here are some expected guidelines to follow: - Participants who are unwell will not be allowed to join the tour. - A mandatory temperature check will be conducted at the beginning of the tour. - Face masks to be worn at all times during the tour. - Participants will have to observe the safe distancing measures during the tour. We understand these measures are disruptive and may be uncomfortable for some. However, we must all do our part to protect the people around us.




3. How many people are allowed per tour?


Each session will have 20 slots (excluding tour guide) and participants will be spilt into groups, with max no. of each group capped at prevailing social gathering group sizes. Please note that participants are not allowed to mingle between groups.




2. Is there any age limit? Do I need to purchase a ticket for my child?


This experience is open to all ages. Every participant is required to purchase a ticket. All youth/children (under 16 years old) should be accompanied by an adult during the tour.




5. Is there food included in this experience?


Nope, food is not included part of the experience. Please note that we are unable to accommodate any dietary restrictions. In addition, all participants will be required to be fully vaccinated and present their TraceTogether or HealthHub app, or a physical COVID-19 vaccination card as proof of vaccination. If you are unable to provide the documents, our tour guides reserve the right to refuse your participation in the experience. All decisions are final.




6. Can I cancel, refund or reschedule my tour?


There will be no refund or cancellation once a tour is confirmed. All redeemed SRV tourism vouchers also cannot be cancelled or refunded. Tours can only be rescheduled 48 hours prior to the tour. All reschedule requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and subject to tour availability.




7. How long in advance should I book the tour?


To avoid dissapointment, please book the tour at least 48 hours in advance. In the event that a booking is made less than 48 hours, we reserve the rights to reschedule the tour to a later date.




4. Is there a minimum number of participants for the experience to proceed?


This experience requires a minimum number of 6 participants to proceed. If it is cancelled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date. We will reach out to you 3 days before your tour date. All decisions made regarding cancellation will be final.




8. I am looking to organise this experience for my organisation / school / unit. Can I arrange a private tour?
