Singapore Tea Appreciation Cultural Tour

Immerse yourself in a unique experience of Singapore's history and heritage through tea appreciation.

Being a "melting pot" of racial diversity, the tea culture that developed in Singapore was as diverse as the local population. A population where tradition, beliefs and identities blended with one another. Imagine a tea-making workshop, but better! We proudly present to you Singapore's first-ever tea appreciation tour.

Join us as we embark on a journey of identifying ourselves through 4 different cups of tea, from traditional to modern, and learn about more than 20 unique tea blends.

You also get to bring home your own unique blend of tea at the end of the tour. This is the ideal weekend activity for friends and families alike, and the perfect concoction for a successful corporate team bonding event.

1. What are the COVID-19 safety measures implemented for the tours?

According to mandatory guidelines by the Singapore Government and Singapore Tourism Board, here are some expected guidelines to follow: - Participants who are unwell will not be allowed to join the tour. - A mandatory temperature check will be conducted at the beginning of the tour. - Face masks to be worn at all times during the tour. - Participants will have to observe the safe distancing measures during the tour. We understand these measures are disruptive and may be uncomfortable for some. However, we must all do our part to protect the people around us.

2. How many people are allowed per tour?

Due to safe distancing regulations, each tour can accommodate a max of 2 groups of 5 pax (total 10 pax). Toddlers and infants are also considered 1 pax. Please note that participants are not allowed to mingle between groups.

3. What if it rains? Can I cancel the tour?

The tour will proceed, rain or shine. We would advise you to bring drinking water, a poncho or umbrella. Singapore has an unpredictable tropical climate which can be hot, yet turn rainy the next moment. Best to be prepared!  We have a strict no refund & non-cancellation policy once a tour is confirmed.

4. What do I need to bring or wear?

As this is a walking tour, we recommend our guests to wear light airy clothing and put on comfortable footwear. Certain routes will include entrance to religious places of worship, so we suggest that you bring along a jacket or sweater to cover up if needed.

5. I am looking to customise a private tour. Is that possible?

Of course! If you are looking to arrange a private tour at your own date and time or with your own group of family or friends, simply drop us an email at or contact us via our contact form. We will be in touch within 48 hours.

6. I have dietary restrictions. Can I join this tour?

Unfortunately, this tour cannot accommodate dietary restrictions.
